PROBLEM: American aid to Africa for economic and infrastructure & development in a Pan-African context. Recommendations 1. By doing so they will be able to research more into disease, house and feed there people, and have a place in the world economy. If we go ahead with this we will show the world that we do care and that we are not full of lip service but instead compassion to help others.
