Howard.
Through the actions of the minor characters in Death of a Saleman, Willy Loman's character develops throughout the play. These minor characters, Ben, Charley and Howard are influential in the outcome of the story because they provide comparisons between themselves and the main character. I believe Ben, Charley and Howard are the outcome of Willy. These minor characters develop Willy character. Therefore, the minor character are the keys factor in the developing the plot.
