how to determine the age of a fossil, I always thought that it was just a number which paleontologist came up with just by looking at the object (fossil). I have also mentioned how different things about what are fossils use for and incorporate it with lecture notes and scientific articles. I could now say how hard it is to determine how old is a fossil. I guess we could leave that to the scientists.
