Common sense would seem to dictate that using a phone in heavy traffic is risky. There are many reasons I am so strongly against the use of cellular phones while driving. The most compelling reasons are the innocent by-standers who become victims because of careless drivers and the many lives lost due to phone conversations. Is it ever going to stop?
