This is a natural and safer way of dealing with large workloads, however some workplaces would not allow this siesta type of behavior. The lack of sleep that some 70% of adults deal with is overlooked as a minor health problem in the United States, placing sufficient sleep under the optional category. If people understood that sleeping is a necessary part of life just as eating is, less people would compromise sleep time for active time.
