Beauty to be quite attractive. This could be compared to the idea that many people find independence and education to be important aspects in a person today.
Many things have changed in our culture, and many things have remained unchanged. Beauty is part of our culture, and as such it has changed as well. And because we are an ever-developing society with ever-changing values, the idea of what is considered beautiful may never become permanent.
