In Japan and in many other countries there are huge investments in telecommunications, but there are always problems with the access and the slow services. For example, in Mexico, there are some problems with the speed connections, and people who is accessing Internet, lose interest because of it. This issue was also discussed in the last assignment as one of the ten greater problems in the Internet.
