What is identity? A lot of people have a different answer to this question, some might answer this question by saying that it is the physical perspective of someone. Others might think of identity as the name of a person or just the mentality of the person. These two passages demonstrate two completely different aspects of identity. All in all, both passages create it's own definitions on how identity may be defined, whether it's the physical appearance or the mentality of a person , the two passages show the readers that no one is the same because of the fact that each person will form his or her own identity.
