Let is be known that tourism usually represents a little over 50 % of direct investments by developing countries. In a variety of countries and regions (Egypt, Greece, the Caribbean, Polynesia), tourism is already the most important economic sector and provides the principal boost for development. is in desperate need of economic reform, these measures should allow us to market our nation in the international tourist market with any real value. The problem is and still remains that we can only screw up so many times until tourists will simply avoid the whole area. Regardless of Egypt owning a 1/3 of the world's tourist attraction they are useless without tourists visiting them.
