Madison vs. Marbury

Between 1800 and 1835, the Supreme Court dealt with many cases of great importance to the United States of America. John Marshall served as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court during this time. The case of Marbury v. Madison, in 1803, was one of the most crucial court cases and decisions made in this time period.
