Diversity in the Learning Team
Learning Teams are in integral part of the learning process at the University of Phoenix. By nature, teams are dynamic and therefore faced with the task of identifying the types of diversity within them. These differences have both a positive and negative impact upon the team. This paper will identify the diversity amongst the team members and analyze its impact on the group effectiveness.

Conclusion
<Tab/>Diversity in learning teams in an important issue facing students today. It has been proven that both positive and negative impacts are created by the diverse team members. Members sometimes create synergy and make the team stronger that the sum of its members, but there are also differences that present barriers to the end objective. Being able to successfully manage diversity and individual differences is critical to one's success.
