Investigating the factors that affect resistance in a wire.
Theory
Ohm's law states the V=IR, with 'V' being voltage, 'I' being current and 'R' being resistance. Voltage is sometimes called potential difference (PD). It is measured in volts. Potential difference is caused by the unbalanced state of atoms. When an electron leaves the orbit of an atom it leaves a positive charge, this positive charge will attract any atoms that are negatively charged

I feel that I could have improved my study by making the wires literally thicker instead of wrapping two wires together.
As shown by the picture above, wrapping one wire around another does not actually make the wire thicker, it only makes the current have a choice of what wire to go through, but it is not as effective as a proper thick wire as demonstrated on the right in the diagram above.
