TOK: Discuss the ways in which statistics can be used or misused to assist and mislead us, and how we can determine whether to accept the statistical evidence present to us.

For many years now, people have been using statistics to present data to the masses who then took these numbers for granted and believed it without any further inquiry. But what are such statistics really?
