Task force (or in another words a task group) is a temporary organization which is formed to work on a single defined activity or task. The readings ("The Students", "The Bankers") introduced task groups formed by students and bankers.

Another aspect that catches attention is that The Bankers carefully planned its interaction with peers and decision makers. Members of the team thought carefully about how to communicate so as to influence people and to learn from them without jeopardizing the team's independence. When we look at the whole three task forces that we have mentioned we can say that the most effective one is The Bankers.
