The Crucible

In Arthur Miller's play 'The Crucible', a character with the name of Reverend Hale was the only character who changed his beliefs during the story. Reverend Hale learned a lot from this experience because it does take a lot of knowledge and intuition to get fear out of ones system and Reverend Hale did just that, he came in with a cause, and ended with a cause. His cause was to find out if there was devil work, and came out with an answer that no devil work was found.
