The humans had killed the Jambizi's family and friends during the Great Jambizi Slaughter, while the Jambizi had killed off the humans in the Prince's kingdom and those of Atlantis. The stories are similar. In both, a wandering soul with friends and family dead, both wanting, and getting, revenge on the other. In the end we all experience death.
