Usage of the Internet

USERS OF INTERNET Nielsen Media Research, which began studying Internet usage in 1994, reported that in 1995 40% of Americans over the age of 12 had access to computers. In their most recent survey, taken in December 1996 and January 1997, Nielsen reported that 23% of Americans over 16 are now Internet users, an amazing rate of growth.
