The question of whether or not I agree with Albert Einstein's comments on socialism is difficult to answer with a direct yes or no. Although he makes many valid points in his excerpt, I don't think that socialism could survive in our society. the sense that pure means all aspects of the idea. Both economic systems can be viewed as extreme. Those who were raised with socialism probably don't agree with capitalism and vice versa. I don't believe there is one right answer to this ongoing question of what system works best. I am sure plenty of people are perfectly content being socialists and the same most likely goes for capitalists. Maybe we should leave well enough alone.
