Sailboat Racing Every summer since I was 10 years old go to my aunt and uncles home in California and we go on his sailboat. Second, recognize that racing is not only fun but healthy as a change of pace from your busy shoreside life. Sailing can provide that shift for you physically, spiritually and even mentally. I hope to accomplish this dream as of many others I have for myself for the future. Lets just hope that I stick with this one.
